SCU Indoor Percussion is a youth musical education program that each year develops a show and competes in MCCGA and WGI competition. The ensemble is composed of a drumline made up of the standard instruments (snare drums, bass drums, tenor drums and cymbals) as well as a front ensemble consisting of mallet percussion (such as marimbas or vibraphones), auxiliary percussion (such as drum sets or other non-marching drums) and electronic instruments (such as bass guitar and synthesizers). The show is set to motion with various aspects of marching, dance and choreography incorporated for a stunning audio-visual presentation.
